Last updated: 4 November 2026. Here we explain, briefly and clearly, what personal data we process through this site, why, and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Who we are
The data controller is CONF BINALE IMPEX SRL, tax ID (CUI) RO5688106, registered with the Trade Register under no. J39/321/1994, with its registered office at Calea Moldovei nr. 3, Focșani, jud. Vrancea, postal code 620172. On this site we use the trading name Mălinoiu. You can write to us at office@binale.ro or call us on +40 730 592 378.
What data we process
- Data from forms (contact, quote request): name, phone, email (required for contact, optional for a quote request), a short message, town, project details, the products and finish chosen. Your name and phone number are needed so that we can call you; without them the request cannot be sent.
- WhatsApp: if you choose “Send on WhatsApp”, the message leaves from your own app, through WhatsApp (Meta), not through the site, and is subject to WhatsApp’s rules.
- Visit source: if you reached the site from a campaign or from another site (for example “Facebook” or “Google”), we keep it only if you press “Accept” in the cookie message, and attach it to your request. We do not use this information to identify you.
- Technical data: like any site, the server hosting it records the IP address and browser type for a short time, for security and operation.
- Usage statistics: which pages are visited and which functions are used (for example the quote form). Without consent we measure them only in aggregate, without cookies and without anything saved in the browser (Cloudflare Web Analytics and, if you press “Necessary only”, PostHog in cookieless mode). With your consent, PostHog also uses cookies, which tell visitors apart by a random identifier and show us how the pages are used, without telling us who you are. When you send a request or write to us on WhatsApp from the site, the statistics receive only its number (for example MAL-O-2611-4821 or W-4K7P), without name, phone or email, so we know which pages led to requests.
Why and on what basis
- To reply to you about your request, send you the quote and arrange the measurements: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To know which channels work (visit source): only after “Accept”, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To see which pages are read (the statistics without cookies) and to keep the site secure: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Statistics with cookies (PostHog): only if you press “Accept” in the cookie message, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change this at any time from “Cookie settings”, in the footer.
- Accounting and legal obligations, if you become a client (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who we pass the data to
We do not sell or rent the data. It is used only by the people in the company who deal with your request and by the suppliers who help us operate, under processing contracts:
- Cloudflare: hosting the site, receiving forms, anti-spam protection (Turnstile) and the statistics without cookies;
- Resend: sending the emails with your requests to us;
- PostHog Inc. (PostHog Cloud EU): the usage statistics, with the data stored in the European Union (Frankfurt);
- our email provider, where we receive and keep the requests.
Cloudflare, Resend and PostHog are US companies and may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases the transfer is made on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
- requests that do not become orders: at most 12 months from the last contact;
- the technical copy of a request, kept at Cloudflare so that it is not lost if the email does not arrive: at most 90 days;
- client data: for the duration of the contract and then for as long as tax and accounting laws require;
- the server’s technical data: a few days, as long as security requires;
- usage statistics: at most 2 years; PostHog cookies expire after 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to find out what data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for its deletion or restriction, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent. Write to us at office@binale.ro; we will reply within one month at most.
We make no automated decisions about you and do not profile you.
If you have a grievance, you can file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
Cookies and browser storage
The site works without cookies. Statistics cookies start only after “Accept”, and marketing cookies only if we run campaigns and only after consent. The full list, with durations, is on the Cookies page.
Changes
If we change the way we process data, we update this page and the date above.
